Prana Paediatric Sleep & Respiratory Clinic Melbourne
At Prana Paediatric Sleep Service, we provide specialist assessment and care for children and adolescents with sleep, breathing and respiratory concerns. Whether your child snores, wakes frequently, breathes noisily, feels tired during the day or has an underlying respiratory condition, our team can help identify the cause. We combine expert paediatric care with convenient in-home sleep and oximetry studies, giving families access to hospital-grade diagnostics without the stress of an overnight hospital stay.
Specialist-Led Care You Can Trust
At Prana, your child’s care is overseen by medical-trained paediatricians. This means your child receives a thorough medical assessment, which allows for an accurate diagnosis and an evidence-based treatment plan to be developed, tailored to their unique needs.
For children with snoring, breathing and airway concerns, restless sleep, daytime tiredness or complex respiratory symptoms, specialist paediatric input can make all the difference.

Sleep assessments for infants, children and adolescents
Our highly experienced clinical team include expert paediatric sleep and respiratory specialists, as well as senior sleep scientists. We provide gold-standard diagnostic testing using hospital-grade sleep study and oximetry technology - all within the comfort of your own home - making the experience far more tolerable for children.
Our in-home tests provide our clinical team with high-quality data, allowing for accurate assessment, diagnosis and personalised treatment recommendations for sleep, breathing and respiratory concerns.
Experts in overnight home paediatric sleep studies & oximetry testing
Your child’s sleep assessment begins with an initial consultation at Prana, where we discuss their symptoms, sleep patterns and any breathing concerns.
If a sleep study is recommended, our team will arrange a simple clinic visit to set up the equipment and explain how everything works. Your child can then complete the study in the comfort of their own bed at home. The equipment is returned the following day, with the results analysed by experienced paediatric sleep scientists before a follow-up appointment is arranged to review the findings and discuss the next steps.
